great access to historic sites and beautiful parks
I loved how this hotel put us less than a 5-minute walk from the Bristol Old Vic, making it super easy to catch a show, while Castle Park, just a short stroll away, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some fresh air after our city explorations. it truly felt like we were in the heart of all the city action.

Great staff, fair price but room issues.
I stay in Bristol a few times a year and often choose this place. Staff is super friendly and the location is prime! my last room felt pretty worn out with chipped furniture and cracked tiles. Plus, there was a funky noise from the bathroom TV. The breakfast was good, but I had to wave my arms to get service.

Efficient reception ensured quick access to my well-organized room with a lovely river view. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the inclusion of a Nespresso coffee machine enhanced the stay. the room temperature was quite warm overnight, despite setting the control for cooler air. Opening the window provided relief. The hand-cut steaks in the dining area were a standout culinary experience, making this a memorable visit.

I really loved the cozy vibe of my room and the super comfy bed made for great sleep! The hotel also has a lovely spa and a chill lounge area perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty in some areas, but overall, I had a wonderful stay. 😊

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mercure Brigstow Bristol! The room was spacious and comfy, featuring a beautiful river view that made our mornings special. There was some noise from outside that disturbed our sleep.

missingWrote a review on 01 Julriverfront locationluxurious roomcomfortable amenitiesnoisy atmosphere
Location by the river provides picturesque views and easy access to attractions. The privilege room included a fridge stocked with drinks, a Nespresso machine, and comfy dressing gowns that added a touch of luxury to the stay.
The noise levels were a problem, especially on weekends with party-goers and rain sounds filtering into the room. While the bathroom offered both a bath and a good shower, the bed felt overly firm for my liking, making it hard to get decent rest before an event. Breakfast could improve as well. dishes like the scrambled eggs were rubbery and some items were unavailable during breakfast service.
